Job summary

HEINEKEN Kraków is seeking a Senior Change Manager to drive program governance across delivery pillars, coordinate risks and issues, and lead end-to-end change initiatives using the HEINEKEN Change Approach. You will develop change and training plans, engage stakeholders, and ensure alignment with strategic goals.

The role requires 5+ years in complex projects, exceptional communication skills, and a customer-centric mindset.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in complex projects and governance activities.
• Experience facilitating change initiatives and coordinating communications.
• Strong stakeholder management and customer-centric mindset.
• Excellent verbal, written and presentation skills.
