Job summary

Danone Warsaw is seeking a Product Analyst for Total Rewards to guarantee campaign delivery, coordinate configuration activities, and ensure testing and release readiness. You will work with the Product Owner and Senior Product Analyst to turn ready stories into delivery, manage tasks, timelines, blockers, and maintain the backlog as the single source of truth.

You may take increasing ownership of configuration and data administration within guardrails.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 to 3 years of experience in HRIS, HR Technology, Rewards, compensation processes or a Product Analyst role
• Experience coordinating consultants, technical contributors or configuration activities
• Hands‑on experience reviewing or maintaining SAP SuccessFactors system configurations and performing HRIS data administration activities, including data validation, uploads, corrections and quality controls
• Experience supporting HR campaigns, recurring Rewards cycles or SAP SuccessFactors delivery is a strong asset

Responsibilities

• Delivery Coordination and Rewards Campaign Execution: coordinate delivery of Rewards initiatives and monitor timelines and risks
• Agile Rituals and Backlog Tool Management: own Daily and maintain the backlog as truth
• Configuration Follow-up and Consultant Coordination: track SAP SuccessFactors configuration with guidance from seniors
• Testing, Documentation and Release Support: prepare test scenarios and ensure proper release documentation
• Operational Communication: share progress and deliverables with stakeholders
