Danone is seeking a Senior Product Analyst for Total Rewards in Poland. You will advise the Product Owner and delivery team on SAP SuccessFactors Rewards capabilities, configuration options, data implications and risks.

You will lead benchmarking, monitor SAP innovations and translate best practices into scalable solutions for the product scope. You will ensure validated Rewards business needs are translated into robust designs, assess feasibility and build internal expertise within the ITHR

Qualifications

• 5+ years in HRIS, SAP SuccessFactors, Rewards, compensation or related HR tech environments.
• Strong experience with configuration principles, solution design, and data/integration implications.
• Experience supporting complex Rewards campaigns in an international environment preferred.

Responsabilités

• SAP SuccessFactors Rewards Technical Leadership: act as main technical reference and assess options for scalable, maintainable configurations.
• Solution Design and Technical Advisory: translate business needs into high-level solution approaches and guide feasibility and risk.
• Campaign Technical Readiness: plan for performance/rewards campaigns and document constraints and data flows.
• Backlog Readiness and Story Quality: ensure technically mature stories with clear acceptance criteria and risks.
• Technical Governance and Knowledge Building: document decisions and share SAP SuccessFactors best practices.
