You will drive platform configuration, release assessment, localization, instance management, and evaluate new capabilities, bridging business requirements into scalable solutions.

Qualifications

• Min. 3-5 years of experience with SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central.
• Strong understanding of HR processes, lifecycle management, org structures, and HR master data.
• Experience with HRIS configuration, system enhancements, testing, or platform evolution initiatives.
• Experience with release analysis or localization requirements is a plus.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary technical reference for SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central within the Core HR team.
• Provide technical expertise and guidance on Core HR platform capabilities and best practices.
• Support solution assessments for complex business and HR requirements.
• Contribute to technical decision-making with platform standards alignment.
• Analyze releases, localization impacts, and identify innovative platform features.
