Job summary

Hitachi Vantara in Kraków is seeking a finance professional to manage end-to-end order processing, contract review, and revenue recognition within the Revenue Performance Organization. You will ensure IFRS compliance, support deal terms, and coordinate with sales, logistics, and audits.

You'll review quotes, prepare documentation for IFRS/JSOX, and maintain accurate records while meeting deadlines. Strong English and German language skills are required, plus a professional accounting or finance

Qualifications

• German working proficiency and English at B2 level are required.
• Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or Economics is a plus.
• Experience in corporate finance or IFRS/JSOX knowledge is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Perform repeatable order processing and financial review of customer orders.
• Review quotes, contracts, and ensure IFRS compliance for revenue recognition.
• Provide documentation for IFRS/J SOX audits and internal controls.
• Coordinate with sales, logistics, and audit teams to ensure compliant processing.
• Track order status and communicate with customers, partners, and sales teams as needed.
• Support creation of standard and nonstandard contract terms and conditions.
