Job summary

Billennium is seeking a detail-oriented Revenue Integrity Specialist to join our Finance & Business Operations team. You will help ensure accurate project settlements, provide timely reporting, and support managers with reliable data, timesheets, and day-to-day processes.

This role offers work with data-driven improvements, collaboration across teams, and opportunities to streamline operations in a growing global tech environment.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years of professional experience in Finance Operations, PMO, Revenue Operations, Business Operations, Reporting, Project Administration, or a similar area.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
• Very good knowledge of Excel, including working confidently with operational and financial data.
• Experience with financial or operational reporting, data validation, and basic financial analysis.
• Experience working with project management, CRM, BI, or reporting systems.
• Strong attention to detail and an organized, analytical approach to work.
• Ability to manage changing priorities and work effectively in an environment where new requests may require quick reprioritization.
• Good communication and collaboration skills, with confidence in supporting Project Managers and cross-functional teams.
• English at B2 level or higher.

Role Summary
