Reporting to the Senior Field Finance Director, you will partner with RevOps, Data Eng, and Sales to deliver analytics, budgeting support, and KPI governance across the GTM organization. This is a hybrid/remote role with strong growth potential.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years of experience in BI or Data Analyst teams.
• Master's degree or equivalent in Finance, Data Analytics, BI, or related discipline.
• Experience with Snowflake/DBT frameworks.
• Understanding of FP&A functions and financial planning processes.
• Excellent analytical skills; proficient in Excel/Google Sheets.
• Full proficiency in English.
• Curious, proactive, and project-driven; adaptable under deadlines.
• Pigment SaaS or other EPM experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Serve as topline data SME; coordinate with RevOps, Data Eng, Deal Desk, and Product.
• Leverage data models and AI tools to identify opportunities and drive revenue growth.
• Conduct ad-hoc financial analysis and modeling for strategic initiatives.
• Build and maintain topline-planning models for budgeting/forecasting.
• Own and streamline the management book in Tableau or similar tools.
• Consolidate monthly/quarterly actuals vs forecasts and analyze variances.
• Partner with other teams’ data analysts to ensure company-wide alignment.
• Identify opportunities to automate manual financial reporting and simplify data structures.
