Job summary

Contentsquare is seeking a data-driven finance professional to join our GTM Field Finance team in a hybrid role in Poland. You will partner with Sales, Customer Success and Marketing & Partnerships to drive topline analytics, budgeting and forecasting, and to streamline reporting.

You'll build and maintain dashboards in Tableau, leverage Snowflake/DBT, and automate manual processes to improve data integrity and speed. Fluency in English and a master’s in Finance or BI are preferred.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years of experience in BI or Data Analytics in a fast-paced environment.
• Master’s degree or equivalent practical experience in Finance, Data Analytics, BI.
• Experience with finance planning, analysis, budgeting and forecasting processes.
• Strong data mindset with BI/data engineering awareness and AI-enabled tooling.
• Excellent Excel/Google Sheets skills and ability to translate data into actions.

Responsibilities

• Serve as topline analytics lead with RevOps, Data Engineering, and other partners.
• Build and maintain topline planning models for budgeting and forecasting cycles.
• Own dashboards and reporting to support leadership reviews and field finance activities.
• Identify opportunities to automate reporting and improve data quality and speed.
