Marsh is seeking a Researcher/Research Executive to join the Global Online Surveys Team. You will design instruments, run online quantitative studies, analyze data and prepare reports for clients, collaborating across teams in a global environment.

The role requires several years of market or social research experience, a degree in a relevant field, strong English, and proficiency with MS Office. We offer a hybrid work model and an attractive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Several years' experience in market or social research and research consulting.
• Knowledge of quantitative research methodology and project management.
• Degree in sociology, psychology, marketing, economics or quantitative methods.
• Attention to detail, analytical mindset and problem solving.
• Very good command of English, spoken and written.

We work in a hybrid model, operate globally, and primarily deliver quantitative research projects: we design questionnaires, conduct employer and employee surveys, and prepare research reports.We are currently seeking someone to join the Global Online Surveys Team as a Researcher / Research Executive. In this role you will independently run online quantitative studies.

What you need to have:

• Several years' experience in market or social research and research consulting (research agency, research department, or university)
• Knowledge of and skills in quantitative research methodology
• Project management experience
• A degree in sociology, psychology, marketing, economics, quantitative methods, or a related field
• Attention to detail, analytical skills, and a problem-solving mindset
• Very good command of English, spoken and written (we work exclusively in English)
• Proficiency with MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Willingness to learn new technologies and technology-based solutions
