Job summary

Be | Shaping the Future, the Polish subsidiary of a pan-European consultancy, seeks a Reporting Specialist in Warsaw to support our German, Luxembourg and Czech entities with financial control, invoice processing, budgeting, and travel expense reporting.

You will manage offers and orders, monitor payments, and coordinate with the HR & Administration team, with onsite onboarding for the first 3 months and a hybrid model thereafter (2 days in office, 3 days remote).

Qualifications

• Degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field, or relevant professional experience (minimum 2–3 years)
• Fluency in English and Polish
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
• Strong analytical skills
• Excellent organizational, communication, and time management skills

Responsibilities

• Financial control of sales and cost reports
• Management of offers and orders
• Regular review of budgets versus consultants' recorded effort
• Credit management, monitoring incoming payments, and regular internal alignment
• Registration of incoming invoices in the designated system and processing them for payment
• Settlement of business trips and preparation of travel expense reports
• Preparation and support of the controlling processes for DACH region entities
• Cooperation with an external accounting office
• Close cooperation with Managers and the HR & Administration team

Role: Reporting Specialist

Location: Warsaw, Poland

Work Model

• Onsite work during the first 3 months to support onboarding and knowledge transfer
• From the 4th month onwards: hybrid model (2 days per week in the office, 3 days remote)

Due to the growth of our teams we are hiring a Reporting Specialist to support our foreign entities located in Germany, Luxembourg and Czechia with below tasks:

Requirements:

Nice to Have:
