Job summary

Scatec in Warsaw, Poland is seeking a Project Developer to turn wind opportunities into investment-ready projects, coordinating land rights, permits, grid connections and stakeholder engagement across Poland. You will screen opportunities, manage permitting with external partners, and support financing processes to reach financial close, with travel within Poland.

Qualifications

2+ years wind project development experience in Poland.
Commercial, technical, legal or environmental university-level degree.
Strong project management and multitasking abilities.
Fluency in Polish and English.

Responsibilities

Plan, coordinate, and support project development activities including land rights and local permits.
Obtain interconnection rights from utilities and engage external consultants.
Screen and evaluate new wind project opportunities for acquisition or co-development.
Manage permitting documentation for environmental decisions, zoning, grid connection and building permits.
Engage with authorities, advisors, partners, and landowners across Poland; travel as needed.
Lead internal reports and contribute to market reviews, strategy, and regulatory analysis.
Support securing offtake, equity, and debt financing toward financial close.
