Job summary

Muehlhan Wind Service, a leading international wind energy service provider, seeks a Project Controller to oversee financial, scheduling, and administrative control of projects. This role ensures delivery against budgets, timelines and performance baselines while maintaining cost governance and transparent reporting.

• Experience in project financial controlling, reporting and budget accounting.
• Knowledge of analytical accounting and business/project operations.
• Experience in problem-solving, decision-making and results-oriented support.
• Strong accuracy, attention to detail, critical thinking and work presentation.
• Good communication and stakeholder engagement skills.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage project budgets, actuals, forecasts and variances.
• Monitor progress, performance and hours against baselines; identify risks and actions.
• Prepare monthly forecasts, progress and risk reports for PM, OP and BUM.
• Support change management ensuring only approved scope, cost and schedule changes.
• Develop and maintain project schedules; re-forecast timelines as needed.
• Support client invoicing, contractor performance monitoring and end-of-project negotiations.
