Job summary

Fairwind, Inc. is seeking a Project Manager for the North & Central Europe region to lead international wind energy projects from planning through execution, ensuring safety, on-time delivery, within scope and budget.

The role requires coordinating resources, subcontractors, and tools across multiple sites while keeping clients informed. You will manage budgets, forecasts, and risks, maintaining commercial discipline and ensuring compliance with HSE and contractual standards.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of project management in wind energy, infrastructure, or construction.
• Proven ability to lead international, multi-site projects with multiple stakeholders.
• Strong budgeting, scheduling, risk management, and contract execution skills.
• Experience managing complex technical projects in a dynamic environment.
• Excellent leadership and stakeholder management capabilities.
• Willingness to travel and on-site work internationally.

Responsibilities

• Lead development of project execution concepts and overall planning with clients and internal teams.
• Own wind project delivery from planning through completion, meeting scope, schedule, budget, and HSE targets.
• Coordinate resources, subcontractors, tools, and equipment for seamless execution.
• Manage budgets, forecasts, cost control, and financial performance throughout the lifecycle.
• Serve as primary client interface during execution, ensuring alignment and issue resolution.
• Handle risks, changes, delays, and commercial matters to protect project outcomes.
• Ensure compliance with HSE, quality, and contractual requirements while driving improvements.
