Job summary

TheSilkyWay is seeking a VSL Video Editor to join a fast-growing Central & Eastern Europe hair care brand. You will edit direct response e-commerce ads, primarily long-form VSLs, with multiple hooks and rapid iterations.

Collaboration with celebrities, hairdressers and talent is common, and a strong feedback culture helps you improve quickly. We welcome junior editors with 6–12 months of relevant experience who understand authority ads and performance-driven creatives.

Qualifications

• 6+ months of experience editing direct response advertisements.
• Experience editing VSLs, authority ads or voiceover-driven e-commerce creatives.
• Portfolio with direct response VSL/e-commerce work.

Responsibilities

• Edit direct response video advertisements for Meta and other platforms, mainly long-form VSLs.
• Produce 2+ new core videos per week with multiple hooks and iterations.
• Receive briefs, scripts, footage and references from the creative team and implement feedback.
