Job summary

Ruby Labs is seeking an inventive Ad Creative Producer to join our fast-growing consumer-ad team. You will produce high-quality ad creatives for Meta, Snapchat and Google, managing briefs, timelines, and execution from concept to delivery.

Working under the Lead Creative Producer, you will collaborate with design and UA teams, analyze performance data, and push innovative ideas to drive customer acquisition while keeping brand standards and compliance.

Qualifications

• Proven hands-on experience producing ad creatives for Meta, Snapchat, and Google.
• Proven track record of managing creative projects from inception to completion.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in producing high-performing digital ads.

Responsibilities

• Produce high-quality ad creatives end-to-end — statics, video, and AI-generated formats.
• Lead ideation and conceptualization of new ad creatives for diverse audiences and customer acquisition.
• Collaborate with design to align creatives with brand values and campaign goals.
• Oversee production timelines and coordinate with designers and UA Managers for smooth workflow.
