Job summary

Joyteractive is seeking an experienced Producer to join our R&D team. You will supervise one area of product development, conduct market research, and analyze product metrics to form hypotheses and drive implementation.

You will also develop a roadmap for your direction and lead its execution from the product perspective. We value solid mobile gamedev experience, strong analytics, and knowledge of monetization trends.

Qualifications

• Experience in mobile gamedev as Senior/Lead Game Designer or Producer/Product Manager.
• Knowledge of mobile game trends and features.
• Strong analytical and market analysis skills.
• Excellent organizational and work structuring abilities.
• Experience with monetization trends.
• English at B1 level or higher and Russian fluency.

Responsibilities

• Supervise one of the areas of product development.
• Conduct market research.
• Analyze product metrics.
• Based on this analysis, formulate product hypotheses and implement them with the team.
• Develop a roadmap for the direction and be responsible for its execution from the product perspective.
