Job summary

Jobgether, a partner company, is seeking a User Acquisition Manager based in Poland to own Meta Ads as a core channel for a new AI-powered EdTech product. This hands-on role focuses on ROAS, LTV, and scalable growth, with fast-paced experimentation and data-driven decision making.

You will collaborate with product and creative teams to optimize funnels and automate UA systems for efficient scale. The role requires 3+ years in UA or performance marketing, strong Meta Ads experience, and ability

Qualifications

3+ years in User Acquisition or growth roles.
Hands-on Meta Ads experience.
Experience managing large advertising budgets.
Background with subscription-based or B2C products.
Strong data-driven mindset.

Responsibilities

Own Meta Ads acquisition end-to-end and optimize for ROAS and growth.
Manage significant monthly paid social budgets with profitability focus.
Develop, test, and scale campaign structures based on performance data.
Monitor performance and implement optimization opportunities.
Advance UA automation systems and testing frameworks.
Collaborate with product and creative teams on funnels and experiments.
Analyze data to identify scalable growth opportunities and translate to actions.
Document campaign logic and optimization processes.
During first three months, take ownership of Meta performance and optimize campaigns.
