We are looking for a User Acquisition Manager to lead UA on Meta, monitor KPI performance, collaborate with creative and product teams, and apply AI-driven analytics to speed up testing and growth.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in performance marketing.
• Experience managing budgets of $100,000+ per month.
• Strong documentation and testing discipline.
• Analytical mindset with data-driven decision making.
• English level: B1+.

Responsibilities

• Launching, structuring, and scaling UA campaigns on Meta.
• Monitoring KPIs daily and making data-driven optimization decisions to hit target financial KPIs (CPM, CTR, CR, CPA) and ROI.
• Closely collaborating with creative and product marketing teams to drive growth.
• Implementing AI/automation approaches with analytics and MarTech teams to speed up analysis.
