Qualifications

• Strong hands-on experience running paid acquisition with meaningful spend and clear outcomes.
• Deep understanding of creative testing and building a repeatable 'creative machine'.
• Strong analytics: conversion funnels, cohort retention, CAC/payback, and LTV reasoning.
• Strong AI workflows: prompting, automation, tooling, and decision-making on automation.

Responsibilities

• Own the full performance marketing loop including channel strategy and budget ownership.
• Define campaign architecture: account structure, targeting, bidding, landing page strategy.
• Rapidly iterate on hooks, UGC-style concepts, statics, short-form video, and copy.
• Define hypotheses, run tests, and measure value to improve performance.
