Job summary

GrowUp Greenwalls LLC is looking for a territory sales representative to own and develop a Texas-based market from Houston to Dallas–Fort Worth. This consultative role targets architects, interior designers, GCs, and facilities teams, guiding buyers through concept, specification, and installation processes with our in-house teams in Escondido, CA.

Expect inbound leads, CAD/ specifications assets, CEU materials, and a collaborative design crew.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of consultative B2B sales, ideally into architecture, design, construction, or related fields.
• Fluency with the commercial specification process and procurement workflows.
• Genuine design literacy with credible discussions with design directors.
• Disciplined pipeline management and follow-through in a territory-based role.
• Willingness to travel regularly to client sites and industry events within the territory.
• Experience with CRM and sales tooling (HubSpot).

Responsibilities

• Build and run a pipeline of commercial and residential opportunities in your territory, from prospecting through close.
• Develop relationships with architecture and interior design firms, general contractors, and facilities teams.
• Lead design consultations to determine space needs and suitable solutions (living wall, moss, or faux).
• Prepare and present proposals; negotiate and close; protect margins through procurement and V.E.
• Collaborate with the design team on drawings and spec packages to aid specify-ability.
• Deliver CEU presentations and lunch-and-learns to design firms in the territory.
• Maintain accurate pipeline data, forecasts, and deal records in HubSpot.
• Represent GrowUp at industry events and firm presentations in the market.
