Job summary

GrowUp Greenwalls LLC is seeking a Territory Sales Representative. This is a remote position within designated territories, with regular travel to client sites and in-person visits.

You will own and grow your territory, building relationships with design firms, architects, and contractors to specify and close projects ranging from $3,000 to $50,000+. You’ll work with our in‑house design, fabrication, and install teams, reporting to the CEO and collaborating with the VP Sales.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of consultative B2B sales, ideally into architecture, design, construction, or building products.
• Fluency with the commercial specification process and procurement workflows.
• Willingness to travel regularly to client sites within your territory.

Responsibilities

• Build and run a pipeline of opportunities in your territory from prospecting through close.
• Develop relationships with architecture and design firms, general contractors, and facilities teams.
• Run design consultations to determine space needs and the best solution (living wall, moss, or faux).
• Prepare and present proposals, negotiate, and close deals while protecting design intent and margin.
• Collaborate with the design team on drawings and spec packages for easy specification.
• Deliver CEU presentations to design firms across your territory.
• Keep pipeline data, forecasts, and deal records up to date in HubSpot.
• Represent GrowUp at industry events and firm presentations.
