Job summary

GrowUp Greenwalls LLC seeks a remote Territory Sales Representative to own the New York territory, travel to client sites, and drive full-cycle sales from prospecting to close. The role blends design-build insight with consultative selling for premium living walls and biophilic interiors.

You’ll work with an award-winning team, backed by a marketing engine and CAD/spec resources to convert opportunities into projects from $3k to $50k and beyond, reporting to the CEO alongside the VP Sales.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of consultative B2B sales in relevant sectors.
• Fluent understanding of the commercial specification process.
• Ability to travel regularly within the territory.

Responsibilities

• Build and run a pipeline of opportunities in your territory from prospecting through close.
• Develop relationships with architecture, design firms, GCs, and facilities teams.
• Run design consultations to determine the best living wall solution.
• Prepare proposals, negotiate, and protect margin through procurement and VE.
• Collaborate with design team on drawings and spec packages.
• Deliver CEU sessions and lunch-and-learns to design firms.
• Maintain clean pipeline data in HubSpot and report on forecasts.
• Represent GrowUp at industry events and client presentations.
