Job summary

GrowUp Greenwalls LLC is seeking a remote-based sales representative for the Charlotte/Carolinas territory. You will prospect, engage design directors and architects, and guide projects from concept to close, coordinating with in-house teams across Escondido and beyond.

Your role centers on consultative selling, understanding client needs, and delivering solutions for premium living walls and biophilic design with strong commission upside.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of consultative B2B sales within architecture, design, construction, or building products.
• Fluency with the commercial specification process and procurement workflows.
• Genuine design literacy to discuss intent with design directors.
• Discipline in pipeline management and multi-stakeholder deal cycles.
• Based in the territory with a valid driver's license and ability to travel regularly.

Responsibilities

• Build and run a pipeline of opportunities in your territory, from prospecting through close.
• Develop relationships with architecture and interior design firms, GC, and facilities teams.
• Run design consultations to determine space needs and suitable solutions.
• Prepare and present proposals; negotiate and protect margin.
• Collaborate with design team on drawings and spec packages.
• Deliver CEU presentations and lunch-and-learns.
• Maintain accurate pipeline data, forecasts, and deals in HubSpot.
• Represent GrowUp at industry events and client meetings.
