Job summary

SupportYourApp is hiring a Technical Support Consultant to join a global, multilingual team. You will provide technical assistance via phone, email, and chat, troubleshoot issues, and collaborate with other departments to resolve customer problems.

The role requires at least 1 year in customer support (technical preferred) and strong English and French communication skills. Remote work is available with a USD compensation model and a focus on customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of experience in a fast-paced customer support role, preferably technical support.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and basic technical support concepts (APIs, OS, SaaS tools).

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support via phone, email, and chat in a professional and efficient manner.
• Troubleshoot technical issues and provide step-by-step guidance to customers.
• Collaborate with other departments to resolve customer issues.
• Escalate complex issues to the appropriate team for resolution.
• Document customer interactions and inquiries in D365.
• Continuously improve customer support processes and procedures.
• Maintain a high level of product knowledge and stay up to date with company updates and changes
