Job summary

SupportYourApp seeks a Technical Support Consultant to join a multicultural, multilingual team delivering top-tier technical and customer support via phone, email and chat. You will resolve inquiries, document interactions in CRM, and coordinate with product and engineering teams to ensure fast resolutions.

The role requires English and French at C1, at least one year in support, and the ability to work remotely in an international environment.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year in a customer support role (tech support preferred).
• Excellent written and spoken English and French (C1).
• Familiarity with CRM systems and basic technical concepts (APIs, OS, SaaS).

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support via phone, email and chat in a professional manner.
• Troubleshoot technical issues and guide customers with step-by-step instructions.
• Collaborate with other departments to resolve customer issues.
• Escalate complex issues to the appropriate team.
• Document customer interactions in the CRM system (D365 or similar).
• Continuously improve support processes and stay updated with product changes.
• Maintain strong product knowledge and up-to-date company updates.
