Job summary

SupportYourApp is seeking a Technical Support Consultant to join a global, multilingual team. Work remotely with a focus on delivering high-quality technical assistance to customers across diverse industries.

You will handle inquiries via phone, email, and chat, troubleshoot issues, and coordinate with internal teams to resolve complex cases. A minimum of one year in customer support and strong English/French communication are required.

Qualifications

Excellent English and French communication skills (at least C1 for both spoken and written).
At least 1 year of experience in a customer support role (technical support preferred).
Familiarity with CRM systems and basic technical support (understanding of APIs, OS, SaaS tools).
Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills; ability to communicate technical information to non-technical customers.

Responsibilities

Provide technical support via phone, email, and chat in a professional and efficient manner.
Troubleshoot technical issues and provide step-by-step guidance to customers.
Collaborate with other departments to resolve customer issues.
Escalate complex issues to the appropriate team for resolution.
Document customer interactions and inquiries in D365.
Continuously improve customer support processes and procedures.
Maintain a high level of product knowledge and stay up to date with company updates and changes.
