Job summary

HTD Health is seeking a hands-on Delivery Manager to lead multiple IT projects from discovery to release, while focusing on client value and team well-being. You will manage cross-functional delivery teams, foster performance, and partner with stakeholders to ensure quality and governance. Fluency in English (C1+) is required, and an ability to operate across Poland and the US.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of IT project management experience.
• 5+ years of leading IT teams and fostering performance, motivation, and engagement.
• Experience conducting 1-on-1 coaching, providing feedback, and supporting career development.
• Hands-on approach with ability to delegate but also dive into tasks when needed.
• Product Owner experience is a plus, especially in client-facing roles.

Responsibilities

• Manage the delivery of multiple complex IT projects from discovery to release and maintenance.
• Lead and inspire project/product teams to deliver exceptional results to clients by motivating, removing obstacles, and ensuring access to resources.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with client stakeholders, fostering a client-focused service culture with high standards of quality.
• Actively contribute to organizational operations, growth, and development through cross-functional collaboration.
• Develop team members through 1-on-1 coaching, feedback, and tailored development plans.
• Represent the team in cross-functional meetings with peers and leadership.
