Qualifications

• At least 3 years of experience as a Technical Account Manager or a directly comparable role in enterprise software.
• Hands-on programming with a high-level language (Java, C#, or Python) and enterprise software frameworks.
• Strong understanding of modern solution architectures and DevOps topics, especially Kubernetes.
• Proven ability to build trusted relationships and advise both technical and business stakeholders.
• Willingness to spend time on-site with clients (up to 50%).

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary technical contact and trusted advisor for designated enterprise customers across all stages of Camunda adoption.
• Design and execute tailored technical adoption plans to maximize business outcomes.
• Provide hands-on technical guidance, best practices, and advisory services to both business and technical stakeholders from onboarding to operations.
• Identify and remove execution risks via platform health checks and escalation management.
• Collaborate with cross-functional Camunda teams to drive measurable customer outcomes at scale.
• Spend time on-site with accounts during key milestones (up to 50%).
