Cornerstone is seeking a Technical Account Manager for Poland. This hybrid role based in Kraków places you as the single point of contact for named Elite accounts, with two backups and timezone-aligned coverage.

You will run Monthly Business Reviews, deliver technical health reviews, coach on configurations, monitor renewal risk, and steer training and feature adoption to empower customers and drive successful outcomes.

Qualificações

• 4+ years enterprise TAM or similar experience
• Executive-ready communication skills
• Commercial awareness of ARR, entitlements and renewal timelines

Responsabilidades

• Serve as single POC for named Elite accounts with direct routing and backups
• Run Monthly Business Review per account with dates and commitments
• Deliver technical health reviews on cadence and provide admin coaching
• Monitor renewal-risk radar via iCSAT, case patterns and sentiment trends
• Advocate escalations into DEEP with full context and accurate inputs
• Guide training and enablement including certification paths and feature walkthroughs
