Qualifications

• Ability and/or willingness to use Camunda's product.
• Track record of growing engineers to senior and beyond senior levels.
• Fluent in at least one programming language (e.g., Python).
• Comfortable at reviewing complex architecture and code.

Responsibilities

• Ensure continuous delivery and improvement of the infrastructure platform.
• Guide team through the reduction of manual work using AI-driven approaches.
• Prepare and execute strategy for scaling CI/CD and artifact distribution systems.
• Mentor a high-leverage platform team of four engineers.
