Job summary

RTB House in Poland is seeking a Technical Account Manager to ensure smooth delivery of campaigns and integration between client platforms and our RTB House systems. You will work with Account Managers, Sales, and Directors to maximize performance.

The role requires 3+ years in a technical role, strong analytical skills, and fluency in English. Nice-to-have: API integration experience, programming basics, GA and GTM knowledge. Remote cooperation model with international clients.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in a technical role.
• Fluency in English (written and spoken).
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Conduct technical operations for clients and campaigns.
• Coordinate technical issues related to campaign launching and running processes.
• Ensure technical integration between RTB House systems and client platforms.
• Collaborate with Account Managers and Sales to deliver high-quality service.
• Monitor and analyze campaign performance and outcomes.
• Propose optimization solutions to meet internal and client goals.
