Job summary

FinteqHub is seeking a Technical Account Manager - Middle to join our growing fintech team. You will ensure stable integrations, troubleshoot complex issues, and help merchants maximise value from our payment platform across multiple markets.

Collaborate with product, engineering, analytics and support to improve workflows, guide clients through technical setups, and translate merchant needs into actionable tasks for internal teams while maintaining high service standards.

Qualifications

• Upper Intermediate English or higher.
• Confident presentation and client communication, including calls and product demos.
• Strong understanding of HTTP, APIs, REST, SOAP, JSON, and web technologies.
• Hands-on experience with Postman and browser developer tools.
• Ability to investigate technical issues and collaborate across multiple teams.
• Proactive mindset with ownership and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide second-line technical support for B2B merchants by diagnosing, investigating, and resolving integration and payment-related issues.
• Manage and support technical integrations with payment providers, merchants, and third-party systems.
• Analyse API requests, logs, and transaction flows using Postman, browser devtools, and monitoring systems.
• Gather client requirements and translate business needs into clear technical tasks for internal teams.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Analytics teams to improve platform functionality and integration processes.
• Assist merchants with payment setup, routing strategies, and operational optimisation based on business goals.
• Coordinate issue resolution and task delivery across multiple stakeholders while maintaining high service quality.
• Contribute product and process improvement ideas based on merchant feedback and technical observations.
