Job summary

igaming by createIT is seeking a Symfony Developer to work on large, international projects with a senior-led team in Warsaw. You will handle day-to-day development across Symfony 4-6, REST/SOAP APIs, and cloud services, within a hybrid work setup.

You will collaborate with a 2-8 person team, supporting frontend developers, and contributing to technical documentation while focusing on scalable, efficient solutions.

Qualifications

• English: B2
• 3-5 years of work experience as a PHP Developer
• Proficient in PHP, Symfony 4-6, Docker/Ubuntu, OOP and design patterns
• Experience with API (REST/SOAP) and caching (Memcache/Redis)
• Git tools: GitLab, GitHub or Bitbucket
• Willingness to work with big data in an efficient and scalable way
• Relational databases: MySQL and PostgreSQL
• Git knowledge
• Focus on efficient, high-quality solutions and team collaboration
• Professionalism and goal orientation

Responsibilities

• Day-to-day development tasks in chosen technologies
• Delivering solutions within agreed time limits
• Participating in project meetings (daily scrums, sprint planning, retro, refinement)
• Planning and task estimation for medium-sized tasks
• Supporting frontend developers with technical background
• Creating and updating technical project documentation
