Sopra Steria Polska is seeking a Senior Infrastructure Engineer (PHP, Symfony) to join a team collaborating with a French client. The role requires commuting to Katowice, Poland, and is open to candidates located in Poland.

The position focuses on developing services with PHP/Symfony, API integrations, and CI/CD pipelines, with strong emphasis on testing, containerization, and documentation. French and English (B2) are essential for daily client communication.

Qualifications

• Senior-level development experience with PHP/Symfony and MariaDB.
• Proven ability to design, develop and support API integrations.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and delivery processes.
• Backend and frontend development experience.
• Strong troubleshooting, analytical and documentation skills.
• Excellent communication for cross-functional teams and client liaison.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and enhance PHP/Symfony apps and services.
• Design, implement, and support APIs and system integrations.
• Build and optimize backend and frontend components.
• Implement CI/CD pipelines to improve delivery efficiency.
• Develop unit and E2E tests to ensure quality and stability.
• Support containerization and deployment workflows.
