Job summary

SupportYourApp, Inc. is seeking a Technical Support Consultant to deliver high-quality technical assistance to clients across platforms.

You will engage with customers via email and chat, maintain expert knowledge of client solutions, and collaborate with developers and cross-functional teams from a fully remote setup. Ideal candidates have strong English communication skills (C1+), hands-on technical support experience, and familiarity with VPS and Windows Server administration.

Qualifications

• Excellent English communication skills (C1 or higher).
• Experience in a technical support role.
• Experience with VPS setup and management.
• Strong understanding of Windows Server administration.
• Familiarity with Trading platforms such as TradingView, TradeStation, and NinjaTrader.
• Strong analytical thinking and research skills.
• Positive, proactive and responsible attitude.
• Personal computer with reliable internet connectivity.
