RYNO Strategic Solutions is seeking a passionate Client Success Manager to serve as the primary contact for our valued clients. You will build strong relationships, retain clients, and grow revenue by developing strategic marketing plans with internal experts.

You will guide client strategy, help generate leads, optimize marketing costs, and differentiate brands in the market. Excellent communication and a proactive advisory mindset are essential.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of account management in a fast-growing digital marketing agency.
• Experience driving revenue growth by securing new client business and upselling.
• Stellar communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Hands-on experience with Paid Media and/or SEO; proficient with Microsoft Ads, Google Ads, GA4.

Responsibilities

• Develop and oversee sophisticated, customized marketing strategies aligned with client goals.
• Define and drive the marketing strategy for each client.
• Communicate with clients weekly via phone, email, or Zoom and manage projects in the internal system.
• Analyze data from Microsoft Ads, Google Ads, GA4 and other platforms to produce actionable insights.
