Job summary

Jamf is seeking a Software Engineer II to join a remote Poland team. You will build secure, production-grade AI-assisted software and own features end-to-end. The role emphasizes testing, collaboration, and mature development practices in a fast-paced setting.

You will work with security and platform teams, designing trust boundaries and non-deterministic system observability while delivering auditable, verifiable changes.

Qualifications

• 3+ years building enterprise-grade software commercially.
• Strong testing and QA mindset.
• Hands-on experience with Java or Python.
• Experience with LLM APIs and agentic frameworks.
• Experience with AI coding assistants and automation.
• Familiarity with build systems and CI/CD.

Responsibilities

• Build production systems where AI agents perform real work on code.
• Break customer problems into pieces and own them end-to-end.
• Define trust boundaries and least-privilege models for automation.
• Develop evaluation and observability to detect non-deterministic issues.
• Provide evidence of controls and audit trails for compliance.
• Collaborate with security engineering and platform teams.
