Job summary

Jamf is seeking a Site Reliability Engineer in Poland to drive reliability across services, partner with engineering teams, and build AI-enabled tooling. The role blends software engineering, operations, and product collaboration in a fast-paced environment.

The candidate will own SLOs, runbooks, and incident response, while advancing automation, AI-assisted diagnostics, and cross-team collaboration to improve scale and resilience.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years experience in software engineering, SRE or production operations.
• Strong production troubleshooting skills across the stack and first-principles diagnostics.
• Experience with Agile development processes.
• Hands-on experience operating production services on AWS (EC2, S3, EKS, RDS/Aurora, CloudFront).
• Experience using observability tools (Grafana, Prometheus, LogicMonitor).
• Experience writing infrastructure as code and automation in Python/Go/Java.
• Strong judgement applying AI across SRE work with safe governance.
• Experience with agentic development tools (Claude Code, Cursor, Copilot).
• Experience improving how a team works with AI (reusable skills, repo context, prompts).

Responsibilities

• Define SLOs, error budgets, and indicators with engineering teams.
• Troubleshoot complex production issues end-to-end across layers.
• Create runbooks, architecture notes, postmortems and proofs of concept.
• Eliminate toil through automation, AI agents, tooling and process changes.
• Set guardrails for AI-enabled changes and safe access controls.
• Participate in team ceremonies and cross-team collaboration.
• Mentor engineers on SRE practices and AI usage.
• Advise leadership during critical customer escalations.
• Scale the SRE practice with improved standards and tooling.
