Job summary

Jamf is seeking a Software Engineer II to join a greenfield build inside a mature platform focused on secure, governed adoption of autonomous workflows. You will work on production systems where AI agents perform real work on real code, under deterministic gates and with full audit trails.

You will collaborate with security engineers and PDD developers, break problems into workable parts, and own them end-to-end in an agile environment. Remote in Poland, with some office events as needed.

Qualifications

• Must have 3+ years building enterprise-grade software commercially.
• Must have 3+ years of commercial experience in Java or Python.
• Hands-on experience with LLM APIs and agentic frameworks.
• Hands-on experience with AI-driven coding assistants.
• Ability to define trust boundaries and least-privilege models.
• Experience with agile teams and build systems (Jenkins/Bamboo).

Responsibilities

• Build production systems where AI agents run real code with deterministic gates and an audit trail.
• Break customer and platform problems into solvable pieces and own them end-to-end.
• Define autonomy boundaries and least-privilege model for automation.
• Develop evaluation and observability to monitor accuracy and degradation.
• Provide evidence that controls work for auditors, not just claims.
• Collaborate with security engineering and PDD developers across the org.
• Contribute engineering best practices and help others improve.
