Job summary

Digital Forms is hiring a Technology Lead to drive day-to-day technical leadership for a US-based AI-enabled SaaS platform from Poland. You will oversee backend, frontend, AI/ML, and data squads, ensuring delivery quality and architectural coherence.

The role reports to a part-time CIO, scaling the Poland-based team of ~15 engineers and engaging senior client stakeholders. Fluent English and Poland-based hybrid/remote work are required.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in software engineering.
• 4+ years in a technical leadership role.
• Experience leading distributed or offshore teams.
• Full-stack fluency with AWS serverless architectures, Python, and modern frontend.

Responsibilities

• Day-to-day technical leadership across multiple engineering squads.
• Engineering quality, code review standards, and technical debt management on a modern AWS serverless stack.
• Architectural coherence across squads and reporting changes to the CIO.
• Sprint-level delivery planning, estimation, and cross-squad dependency management.
• Primary technical contact for senior client stakeholders.
• Support hiring and growth of the team over 12–18 months.
