Job summary

Diverse CG Sp. z o.o. Sp.k. Warsaw is seeking an experienced Scrum Master/Agile Delivery Lead to steer delivery teams in a technology-driven environment.

You will facilitate Agile ceremonies, coach teams and stakeholders, and drive AI and automation use cases across delivery. English proficiency and fintech/Open Banking familiarity are important. This role requires strong cross-team coordination and delivery leadership.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Scrum Master or Agile Delivery Lead in a tech-driven environment.
• Strong delivery leadership and cross-team coordination skills.
• Understanding of API-based architectures, cloud technologies and DevOps.
• Excellent English communication, spoken and written.
• Interest in AI-driven approaches and ability to drive adoption.
• Understanding of Open Banking or fintech ecosystems.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate Agile ceremonies and SAFe practices.
• Organize sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives, sprint reviews, backlog refinement, and PI Planning.
• Coach teams, Product Owners and stakeholders on Agile principles and value-driven delivery.
• Foster a high-performing, cross-functional team culture with accountability and transparency.
• Monitor team health, engagement, predictability, quality and delivery performance.
• Lead strategic initiatives and cross-team deliveries across the lifecycle.
• Create and maintain delivery plans, roadmaps, milestones and risk management.
• Remove blockers, coordinate issue resolution and escalate risks when needed.
• Coordinate deliveries across teams, vendors and business stakeholders.
• Ensure alignment with scope, timelines and quality standards.
• Identify and drive AI opportunities to improve productivity and efficiency.
• Define and support AI/automation use cases across delivery activities.
• Promote an AI-first mindset across the Software Development Lifecycle.
• Leverage AI to improve planning, backlog management and stakeholder communication.
• Encourage continuous improvement and exploration of AI-driven value delivery.
