Job summary
Software Mind is seeking a hands-on Scrum Master to join a Polish-British development team delivering innovative document management software in healthcare. You’ll coach Scrum teams, facilitate ceremonies, and help the organization adopt pragmatic agile practices to improve value delivery across development, QA, and business stakeholders.

Qualifications
- 3+ years of commercial experience in Agile ways of working.
- Understanding that Scrum Master is a role and capable of hands-on coordination.
- Proven track record of delivering value across multiple teams and processes.
- Experience engaging with CTOs, Heads of Development, and Team Leaders.
Responsibilities
- Leading and coaching Scrum teams to enable self-organization for sprint goals.
- Demonstrate value delivered by teams and by the Scrum Master role.
- Improve processes across PO, business, and dev/QA teams.
- Adapt approaches pragmatically beyond the Scrum book.
- Coordinate day-to-day work, acting as coach, SM, or problem-solver.
- Facilitate communication and Scrum ceremonies.
