In this role, you will coordinate the end-to-end delivery of digital products, serving as the strategic bridge between business stakeholders, design teams, and software developers. You will translate business objectives into actionable technical requirements, manage project backlogs, and drive digital initiatives, including web platform management and AI-assisted workflow optimizations from concept to launch.

Key Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and document comprehensive business and technical requirements.
• Lead sprint planning, backlog prioritization, and delivery progress across cross-functional teams.
• Oversee digital platform updates, web maintenance, and continuous feature enhancements.
• Ensure all delivered digital solutions align with business objectives and quality standards.
• Collaborate closely with internal business leaders, external agency partners, UI/UX designers, and engineering teams.
• Identify project bottlenecks, mitigate delivery risks, and optimize project workflows.
• Leverage AI-driven productivity tools to streamline documentation, task management, and delivery processes.

Candidate Profile

• Level of Experience: 5+ years of hands-on experience in Delivery Management, Project Management, Business Analysis, or Scrum Master roles.
• Digital Delivery Expertise: Proven track record of delivering digital products and managing web maintenance/update workflows.
• Requirements Translation: Strong ability to convert complex business requirements into clear technical specifications.
• Agile & Tooling: Deep practical experience with Agile methodologies and modern project management software.
• AI Integration: Familiarity with AI-assisted productivity/PM tools and workflow automation.
• Stakeholder Management: Exceptional communication skills to align business, creative, and technical groups.
• Languages: Fluent English (C1+ required for full recruitment and daily operations).
