Job summary

Aceolution is seeking a Service Delivery Manager to lead delivery operations, drive client satisfaction, and ensure governance and performance across multiple projects. You will optimize processes, manage teams, and integrate AI-driven efficiencies into workflows to boost productivity and service quality.

You'll oversee KPI tracking, risk management, and stakeholder communication while mentoring managers and guiding change across the organization in a fast-paced, remote-friendly setup.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree, preferably in GIS or a related managerial field.
• Minimum 10 years of professional experience, with at least 5 years managing teams and complex projects.
• Experience in Operations Delivery, Team Management, and Client Relationship Management.
• Advanced proficiency in Google Workspace products and MS Office.
• Demonstrated experience with generative AI tools to drive operational efficiency.
• Hands-on experience with generative AI development platforms and AI agents lifecycle management.
• Experience managing project lifecycles, change management, and large teams (over 50).
• Strong data analysis capabilities and ability to handle large datasets.

Responsibilities

• Establish robust process controls to meet and exceed SLAs and KPIs.
• Monitor process performance and perform root cause analysis for out-of-target KPIs.
• Identify bottlenecks and implement improvements to boost customer satisfaction, quality, and efficiency.
• Manage staffing, scheduling, and utilization across projects.
• Build strong client relationships and collaborate with senior management on growth.
• Prepare reports and governance reviews; conduct status meetings and reviews.
• Lead AI adoption and integration into delivery workflows.
• Guide Team Managers and project teams through all project phases for profitability and Change Management.
• Oversee transitions of new services per predefined guidelines.
• Coordinate cross-functional initiatives to maximize operational efficiency.
