Job summary

CSHARK is seeking a Senior Delivery/Project Manager to coordinate customer implementations of an AI-powered platform from initial requirements through MVP, UAT and production to a seamless transition into BAU. You will own the implementation journey, align customer stakeholders with product and engineering, and keep multiple projects moving in parallel.

This is a delivery role in a fast, AI-accelerated environment.

Qualifications

• Strong experience delivering enterprise software or SaaS implementations.
• Proven project or delivery management across the complete customer implementation lifecycle.
• Hands-on experience with customer requirements and configuration gathering, MVP/pilot planning and UAT coordination.
• Strong risk, issue and dependency management skills.
• Experience coordinating across customer, product and engineering teams.
• Ability to manage multiple implementations running in parallel.
• Strong written and spoken English, with senior/technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate customer implementations end-to-end from requirements to production and transition to BAU.
• Manage several implementations in parallel with clear priorities, milestones and ownership.
• Gather and structure customer requirements, configuration needs and dependencies.
• Plan MVPs and pilots with customer, product and engineering teams.
• Coordinate UAT with customers and internal teams to address blockers quickly.
• Coordinate production readiness, go-live activities and transition to ongoing BAU.
