Job summary

Sii Poland is seeking a Senior Security Engineer to join a remote team delivering security solutions using Microsoft technologies. You will implement security improvements, work with customers to enhance security posture, and contribute to strategic security maturity.

Key activities include delivering Azure DevOps stories, integrating Microsoft Sentinel and Defender, and documenting decisions and testing evidence. English fluency is required and cloud tooling experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in security engineering with Microsoft security technologies.
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Sentinel, Defender, and cloud tooling.
• Strong written communication for updates, documentation, and customer summaries.
• Fluent English and ability to work with remote teams.

Responsibilities

• Deliver Azure DevOps stories and tasks according to sprint priorities.
• Implement security improvements across Microsoft Sentinel, Defender, and cloud tooling.
• Provide estimates and feasibility input during planning sessions.
• Maintain work items with progress notes, hours, and context.
• Identify risks early and communicate dependencies.
• Build, test, and validate changes against security standards and acceptance criteria.
• Document delivered work, decisions, testing evidence, and support considerations.
• Facilitate demos and knowledge transfer for customers.
