Sii Poland is seeking an experienced Senior Security Architect to design secure Microsoft cloud and security solutions. You will engage with customers to lead technical conversations, develop security roadmaps, and provide design guidance across Defender, Sentinel, identity, and cloud security.

This fully remote role offers collaboration with a dynamic team, opportunities to shape security roadmaps, mentor engineers, and drive best practices across the Security CoE.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in security architecture or consulting.
• Deep expertise in Microsoft Cloud, including Azure, Sentinel, and Defender.
• Proven experience in designing secure Microsoft cloud and security solutions.
• Strong customer-facing consulting experience with the ability to lead technical conversations.
• Ability to turn unclear customer needs into practical roadmaps, designs, and backlog items.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, capable of explaining complex security topics simply.
• Awareness of security frameworks, compliance drivers, and posture improvement principles.
• Fluent English.

Responsibilities

• Own and maintain the customer security roadmap with short, medium, and long-term outcomes.
• Lead discovery, roadmap, and backlog conversations with customers and internal teams.
• Translate goals, risks, and improvements into epics, stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Provide design guidance across Microsoft security technologies: Sentinel, Defender, identity, cloud security.
• Prioritize work by value, risk, dependencies, and CoE capacity.
• Support sprint planning by validating priorities and estimates.
• Brief Security Engineers with context, guardrails, and quality expectations.
• Review progress and outputs to stay aligned with outcomes.
• Raise risks and blockers early with delivery roles and customers.
• Explain technical decisions in plain English for informed choices.
• Support knowledge transfer so customers become confident and self-sufficient.
• Champion reusable patterns, standards, and best practices across the Security CoE.
