Job summary

Chaos Group in Bulgaria is seeking a Senior Marketing Automation Manager to own day-to-day administration of the revenue tech stack, scaling Sales, CS, and Marketing operations. You will translate complex requirements into scalable workflows under the Director Growth Lifecycle & Automation.

Responsibilities include platform administration of Salesforce and HubSpot, developing integrations, data governance, and advancing the tech stack with data-driven decisions.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of hands-on, admin-level experience managing enterprise CRM and marketing automation platforms.
• Expertise in HubSpot configuration, including advanced workflows, segmentations, and third-party integrations.
• Experience with Salesforce data objects, synchronization, and native reporting.
• Track record as go-to expert evaluating and adopting revenue tech and automation platforms (e.g., Hook).
• Experience with data enrichment platforms (e.g., Clay) and scripting (JavaScript/Python).

Responsibilities

• Own architecture and administration of core go-to-market automation platforms.
• Design and maintain integrations across the revenue tech stack.
• Define and implement data governance and QA frameworks.
• Cultivate cross-functional stakeholder alignment and governance.
