Job summary

DutchTechX is seeking a Senior Reconciliation Analyst on a fixed-term basis to cover a maternity leave. This hands-on, high-impact role sits at the heart of our payment operations, owning daily reconciliation monitoring, investigating discrepancies, and partnering with engineering and banking teams to keep balances aligned.

Qualifications

• Hands-on reconciliation or payment operations experience.
• Comfortable with Excel and data visualization/BI tools.
• Working understanding of payment schemes and money flows.
• Detail-oriented, with fast-paced adaptability.

Responsibilities

• Own daily reconciliation monitoring.
• Resolve reconciliation breaks end-to-end.
• Maintain reporting and month-end close.
• Work across data tools (Databricks, Metabase, Tableau, Power BI).
• Contribute to automation of manual processes using AI and tools.
• Handle occasional manual money transfers.
• Manage stakeholders across engineering, treasury and banks.
