Finom is seeking a Senior Reconciliation Analyst on a fixed-term basis to cover maternity leave. You will own daily reconciliation monitoring, investigate discrepancies, and collaborate with engineering and banking partners to keep balances aligned.

The role offers potential exposure to automation projects and could serve as a path into other teams within Finom. It is remote with flexible outcomes, and requires a detail-oriented, proactive problem-solver.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience in reconciliation, payment operations, or treasury.
• Proficient with Excel and BI tools (Databricks, Metabase, Tableau, Power BI).
• Understanding of payment schemes and how money moves between banks.
• Detail-oriented with high accuracy in money movements.
• Thrives in fast-paced, changing environments.
• Strong stakeholder management and clear communication with internal and external partners.
• Available to start immediately or on short notice.
• Open to fixed-term contract (~5 months).

Responsabilités

• Own daily reconciliation monitoring — check cash in bank vs client balances and flag breaks.
• Resolve reconciliation breaks end-to-end with internal or external stakeholders.
• Maintain reporting and month-end close for accuracy.
• Work across data tools using Excel and BI platforms to monitor data.
• Contribute to automation of reconciliation processes over time.
• Handle occasional manual money transfers with precision.
• Manage stakeholders across engineering, treasury, and external banks.
